Executive Director - Perry Jones
Received his BA from Trinity College, Dunedin, FL and his Master's in Theology (ThM) from Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, IN. The Board of Director's called him in 1982 to be Executive Director of Capital City Rescue Mission. He was ordained to the Christian Ministry by First Baptist Church of Westerlo, NY in 1987.

Director of Food Services - Maxwell Ansong
Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and Schenectady Community College with an Associate's degree. He is certified by the American Culinary Federation as a Culinarian. He oversees the planning, purchasing and preparation of all meals.

Director of Family Services - Nancy Dore
Graduated from Clara Maas Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and is licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse by the State of NJ. She administers the ministry to women and children at New Faith Family Center.

Director of Development - Susan Jones
Received her BA from the State University of NY College at Cortland and earned a diploma in Biblical Studies from Trinity College, Dunedin, FL. She advises and directs fund raising activities.

Director of Finance - Karen Church
Graduated from Southern Vermont College with a B.A. in accounting. She oversees records and reports of income and expenses, budget preparation and is also responsible for the office network and computers.

Executive Secretary - Susan Strickland
Received her BS in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management and her MBA in International Business from Johnson & Wales University. She is the secretary for the Executive Director, manages administration, coordinates volunteer efforts and assists in numerous areas.

Director of Operations - Matthew Charde
Graduated from Trinity Baptist College and was a pastor at Colonie Community Church from 1990-2008. He has been married for 32 years and has 6 sons. His responsibilities include building maintenance and oversight of staff.

Director of Men's Programs - Dale Walker Received his BA from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT, in psychology. He also earned a diploma from Stevens School of the Bible, Lenox, MA. He oversees client and residential programs, referrals and counseling.

Director of Innovative Learning Center - Steve Midboe
Graduated from Luther College of Bible in New Jersey. He has 20 years of experience in Information Technology as a consultant including 5 years for IBM. He is the father of 3 children. He evaluates and places all residents in individualized academic instruction and teaches career development. He also assists community clients with academic needs.

Graduated from Wheaton College with a BA in anthropology. She earned a MS in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Pace University and a MA in Human Resource Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Sarah coordinates and supervises the Mission's Free Clinic, provides basic health and medical care to the homeless and needy.

Graduated from Wheaton College with a BA in anthropology.
